Return Policy
Fancy Walls’ return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we’re unable to offer a full refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Replacement of damaged items
We will replace any wallpaper or wall mural that has been damaged during manufacturing or shipping. To request a replacement, please send your order number, clear pictures of the damaged wallpaper or wall mural, and photos of the shipping labels where the tracking number is clearly visible to [email protected] . This helps us verify that the shipment belongs to your order. We will respond within 1 business day to arrange a replacement.
Refunds
Since all our wallpapers and wall murals are made to order and we offer many different customization options, we do not offer returns.
However, we can offer a return as long as the wallpaper or wall mural hasn’t been applied or damaged. To return the wallpaper or wall mural, you will need to send the package to the following address: SIA Monetic, Jekabpils 12, Riga, LV-1003, Latvia. It is mandatory to provide the tracking number so we can follow the shipment. We will return the payment only once we receive the product in its original condition.
We do not accept returns for the following items:
- Samples
- Custom color wallpaper or wall murals (colors provided by customer)
- Custom-sized wallpaper or wall murals (custom sizes, which are not listed on our size options)
- Custom design wallpaper or wall murals (incl. standard design, but different scale – larger or smaller pattern)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Exchange of items
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to SIA Monetic, Jekabpils 12, Riga, LV-1003, Latvia.
We will also replace items if we have sent you the product that differs from what you have ordered: size, color name, or pattern.
Order cancellation
You can cancel your order during weekdays 4 hours after completing the order. Orders can be canceled by sending your order number and cancellation request to [email protected].
Shipping returns
To return your product, please mail it to SIA Monetic, Jekabpils 12, Riga, LV-1003, Latvia.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item and using a trackable shipping service.
