Our refund and returns policy last 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Replacement of damaged items
We will replace the wallpaper that has been damaged during manufacturing or shipping. Please send your order number and pictures of the damaged wallpaper to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will respond within 1 business day to arrange a replacement and provide instructions for the return of the damaged wallpaper.
As all our wallpapers are made to order and we offer many different designs, colors, and size variations for your convenience, we do not offer returns. However, we can offer a return if you haven’t applied or damaged the wallpaper. In order to return the wallpaper, you will need to send the package to the following address: SIA Monetic, Jekabpils 12, Rīga, LV-1003, Latvia, and MUST provide the tracking number so we can follow the shipment. We will return the payment only once we receive the product in its original condition.
We do not offer a return of items for the following items:
- SAMPLE – 19” x 19” (48 x 48cm) size wallpaper
- Custom color wallpaper (colors provided by customer)
- Custom size wallpaper (custom sizes, which are not listed on our size options)
- Custom design wallpaper (incl. standard design, but different scale – larger or smaller pattern)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchange of items
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to SIA Monetic, Jekabpils 12, Rīga, LV-1003, Latvia.
We will also replace items if we have sent you the product that differs from what you have ordered: size, color name, pattern.
You can cancel your order during weekdays 4 hours after completing the order. Orders can be canceled by sending your order number and cancellation request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
To return your product, you should mail your product to SIA Monetic, Jekabpils 12, Rīga, LV-1003, Latvia
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and using a trackable shipping service.
